두바이 비즈니스 베이를 밝히는 매끈하게 구부러진 타워형 건물

두바이 비즈니스 베이의 도시 개발의 기준이 되는 67층 규모의 두바이 비전타워(Vision Tower at Business Bay)

아랍에미리트의 두바이의 새로운 사업지구인 비즈니스 베이 초입에 매끈한 디자인의 비전타워가 들어섰다. 650,000sf 면적에 67층 규모를 자랑하는 타워는 두바이 크릭(Dubai Creek)과 쉐이크 제이드 로드와 인접하며 전문적인 부동산 개발의 기준으로 작용하고 있다.

타워의 외관은 그 규모만큼이나 우아한 커튼월로 마감되어 사뭇 고상한 기품을 연출한다. 구부러진 파사드는 성공적인 개발지역에서 비전타워를 특별하게 만드는 요인이며 프로젝트의 지속적인 이미지를 한껏 구현해준다. 밤이 되면 구부러진 커튼월로 은은하게 조명이 비춰 나와 두바이가 세계에서 가장 성공한 개발지역임을 상기시켜준다. 내부는 임대사무실을 포함하여 1,220대의 차를 수용할 수 있는 주차장과 관련 오락시설이 들어서 있다. ANN
