징허강의 구불구불한 계곡의 역동적인 흐름을 반영한 중국 산시성 징허신도시문화예술센터 Jinghe New City Culture & Art Center

ZHA to design Jinghe New City Culture & Art Centre, Shaanxi province, China

세계적인 건축그룹 ZHA가 설계한 징허신도시문화예술센터는 중국 산시성의 산과 풍경을 가로지르는 구불구불한 징허강 계곡의 특성을 십분 반영하고 있다. 흡사 계곡의 역동적인 징허강 물결의 흐름을 그대로 옮겨온 듯 곡면으로 이어지는 외형은 보는 사람들을 감탄하게 만든다. 예술센터의 유기적인 디자인은 기존 도시 마스터플랜과 정교하게 얽혀있다. 8차선으로 가로지르는 징허 애비뉴의 북쪽에 새로운 멀티미디어 라이브러리로 연결하고 남측의 높은 안뜰과 정원, 새로운 공연예술극장과 다기능홀, 스튜디오, 전시 갤러리로 연속적으로 이어진다. 완만하게 경사진 경사로가 있는 지역의 고가 공공보도 네트워크를 기반으로 매끄러운 센터의 매스는 도시를 가로지르며, 상업 및 주거 지역을 남쪽의 공원 및 강과 연결하는 동시에 도시 거주자를 건물의 중심부로 끌어들인다. 일종의 흐르는 볼륨과 레이어, 안뜰과 풍경이 절묘하게 연결된 디자인은 내외부의 문화 및 레크리에이션의 공간의 커뮤니티를 돕는다.

Echoing the meandering valleys carved by the Jinghe River through the mountains and landscapes of Shaanxi province, the Jinghe New City Culture & Art Centre is located within the Jinghe Bay Academician Science & Technology Innovation district of the city. The centre’s design intertwines with the city’s existing urban masterplan to connect the new multimedia library to the north of Jinghe Avenue with the new performing arts theatre, multi-function halls, studios and exhibition galleries to the south via elevated courtyards, gardens and paths that span the avenue’s eight lanes of traffic below.
