덴마크 코펜하겐의 Cubic Houses_ 큐빅하우스

 

 

 

 

 

덴마크 코펜하겐에 들어선 큐빅하우스는 총 연면적 8.000㎡에 10층 규모의 공동주택이다. 겉으로 드러난 쾌적한 주거 단지의 환경에서 알 수 있듯 큐빅하우스는 8개의 큐브형 매스를 랜덤하게 쌓아올린 형태를 자아낸다. 이는 새로운 개발 환경에 대응한 도시 생활의 자유로운 구상과 보다 큰 면적을 원하는 고객의 희망을 절충한 시도이다. 제법 큼지막한 8개의 개별 큐브는 각각 5층 규모이며 입체감을 드러내었다.

 

 

 

ADEPT는 최근 코펜하겐에 입방 주택을 완공 한 DK는 대규모 건물 규모의 규모를 줄이는 쾌적한 주거 단지를 보여 주면서 동시에 새로운 동네의 진행중인 개발에 상당한 변화를 제공합니다.

Cubic Houses의 디자인은 새로운 개발 환경에서 도시 생활의 구상 된 성격과 대용량의 평방 미터에 대한 고객의 소원 간의 균형을 맞추는 것을 목표로합니다. 그 결과 빌딩 주거 공간을 몇 개의 개별 '큐브'로 나누어 놓은 주거 단지가 쌓여서 서로 겹치게됩니다.

입방체의 구성은 인간의 가늠자의 리듬을 반영하고 변화가 없거나 인간 활동이없는 길쭉한 길거리에서 작동합니다. 이 디자인은 이웃 도시의 전반적인 규모에 맞게 조정되지만 중앙 운하를 따라 다양하고 활기찬 소규모 분위기를 조성합니다.

기본 개념에서 Cubic Houses는 넓고 간단한 아파트 레이아웃을 갖춘 정기적 인 건물 슬랩입니다. 수직 계단을 유지하면서, 8 개의 벽돌 큐브는 1 층과 2 층 모두에서 서로 관련하여 이동합니다. 양의 이동은 궁극적 인 난기류를 깨뜨리고 건물을 국부적인 미시적 조건에 적응시킨다.

ADEPTs recently completed Cubic Houses in Copenhagen, DK shows a playful residential complex that breaks down the scale of a large building volume while offering a generous variation to the in-progress development of a new neighbourhood.

The design of the Cubic Houses aims to balance the client’s wish for a large amount of square meters with the envisioned character of urban life in the new development neigbourhood. The result is a residential complex that breaks down the building volume into several individual ‘cubes’ - stacked and shifted on top of each other.

 

 

 

The configuration of cubes reflects the rhythm of a human scale and works against long stretches of street with no variation or human activity. The design adapts to the overall urban scale of the neighbourhood, yet contributes to a varied and lively small-scale atmosphere along the central canal.

In its basic concept, Cubic Houses is a regular building slap with spacious and simple apartment layouts. Maintaining the vertical stairways, the eight brick cubes shift in relation to each other, both at the ground floor and higher up. The shifting of volumes breaks eventual turbulence and adapts the building to local microclimatic conditions.

Our project leaders all work across different architectural disciplines, which have created a shared and broad spanning expertise that enables us to create innovative solutions in complex urban and natural surroundings.
